The role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our close-knit Public Relations team based in Chatswood.
This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional with experience in SEO, local search optimisation, online listings and digital platform management to make a meaningful contribution across our franchise network. Initially offered as a casual position, this role has the potential to become a permanent full-time opportunity for the right candidate.
Working closely with franchisees, field staff, internal stakeholders and external partners, you will help strengthen º¬Ð߲ݒs online visibility and reputation across Australia and New Zealand. Through local SEO, website optimisation, online reputation management and digital reporting, you will support enrolment growth by ensuring º¬Ðß²Ý centres are accurately represented online, visible to families and positioned for success within their local communities.
In this role, you will:
- Monitor and enhance our online presence across search engines, directories, and listing platforms
- Support our Franchisees and Field Staff in optimising centre listings for consistency, accuracy, and increased local SEO visibility
- Identify, recommend, and implement SEO and SEM improvements based on search trends, algorithm updates, and performance data to increase search visibility, website traffic, and centre awareness
- Provide guidance on website SEO including keyword analysis, content recommendations, and structural improvements to enhance organic search visibility and website performance.
- Support reporting and analytics, including dashboards and insights from GA4 and other platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on search optimisation initiatives
- Monitor and report on online reviews across platforms such as Google and Facebook
- Support Franchisees in improving their online reputation and review performance
- Manage and support franchisee social media account administration across the º¬Ðß²Ý network
- Develop training guides, toolkits, and support materials for Franchisees
- Provide general administrative and team support as required
What you need to succeed in this role
Essential:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience using Meta platforms including Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram Business Account, Meta Ads Manager. For example, setting up Facebook and Instagram Business Pages, account troubleshooting
- Demonstrated experience with Local SEO optimisation, online listing platforms (Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Bing Places), local keyword research
- Experience with on-page SEO eg inserting relevant keywords into web page content, optimising of metadata, image alt text and website structure
- Professional, organised, and customer service oriented
- Has initiative and is self‑motivated with a results-driven approach
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in digital content
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a small team.
Highly desirable:Ìý
- Understanding of SEM.
- Experience with analytics platforms, ideally Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Ability to explain technical digital concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with digital reporting tools is beneficial.
